  • Availability is tight on all sizes of pineapples and price is up. There is a late vessel with fruit arriving, and we should see a relief on price once they unload it.
  • All tomatoes are up on price (romas, grapes, cherries, 4x4 , 4x5, etc...) We are transitioning from Northern Mexico (Baja) to Southern Mexico and there is not enough production to cover the demand.
  • The prices of cantaloupe & honeydews are up. California production is finishing up and we will be transitioning to Mexico and Arizona, but they are late on the start of their season.
  • Yellow corn is up on price. We finished up with Oregon corn and transition to California product. It is the beginning of it, so the corn is on the smaller size. Sizing should get better throughout the season.

Prices that are still High

  • There is limited supply of jumbo carrots and high demand.
  • Mangoes are very short out Brazil and Peru. Expect price to stay high throughout the month.
  • Artichokes are limited in supply on all sizes and labels.
  • The price of blueberries continues to stay high. There is not enough to production to cover the demand out both Peru and Mexico
