Welcome to Ingardia Bros. Produce! We have been proudly serving our community since 1973. It all started on June 16, when we opened a small retail store in Costa Mesa. From day one, our philosophy has been centered around taking care of our customers by providing quality products and outstanding service at fair prices.
As our reputation for high standards grew, so did our family business. A pivotal moment came when a customer inquired about having his order delivered to his restaurant. That request inspired us to launch our wholesale delivery service, which we now offer six days a week (Monday-Saturday).

The Ingardia Family's Journey to America

In 1955, a young Sam, just 12, and his brother Joe, 18, set out on a 10-day voyage across the Atlantic with their mother, brother, and sister. Their father and sister were already in America, having worked hard to save enough to bring the rest of the family over. On August 20, they arrived at the port of New York, then continued by train for two days until they finally reunited in Chicago. Then in 1959 they made their way out to the coast of California.

What carried them through that journey was hope — the belief in the American dream. That dream became the heart of Ingardia Bros. Produce, and it continues to guide us more than 70 years later.

With our second and third generations embracing the values that have driven our success, our entire team is committed to continuing this legacy.
