A&M Farms of Lyons, Georgia, is recalling whole Vidalia onions because of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The company shipped the recalled product directly to retailer distribution centers in Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. The distribution centers further distributed the recalled product to retail stores in Florida, Georgia, New York, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

Peaches, Plums and Nectarines from Chile

There is currently a recall for Peaches, Nectarines and Plums from Chile. The imported fruit may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

Organic Strawberries (FreshKampo and HEB)

An investigation by the FDA and CDC is being conducted for a multistate outbreak of hepatitis A infections in the United States and Canada. Possibly linked to fresh organic strawberries. FreshKampo and HEB brand, purchased between March 5, 2022, and April 25, 2022.

Romaine Heart (Ocean Mist brand)

4/2/2022

Ocean Mist Farms brand Romaine Hearts lettuce in a 22 oz. package has been recalled at many stores located in nine states due to a Cyclospora parasite being found during a routine surveillance sampling.

The romaine hearts recall, coding on the bag would indicate 22RHDM2L, a harvest date of March 10, and be grown in Coachella, CA.

*Ingardia Bros. does not and has not purchased any romaine hearts Ocean Mist.

We have a voluntary recall/removal of Hohto Mushrooms.
4771 Hokto Brown Beech 24 x 3.5oz. Organic Mushroom
4773 Hokto White Beech 24 x 3.5oz. Organic Mushroom
4827 Hokto King Trumpet 16 x 6oz. Organic Mushroom
4816 Hokto Maitake 24 x 3.5oz. Organic Mushroom
Reason: Hokto Kinoko Company has had their Organic Certification suspended do to the raw non-organic materials used to grow the mushrooms. The only issue is with the packaging being labeled ORGANIC. The mushrooms are fine.
