Delivery Driver

 Education & Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED -preferred but not required.
Valid US Drivers license.  
Experience:   Operate a pallet jack, and operate a hand truck.

Delivery drivers have a variety of duties in addition to driving their routes and making their deliveries. Other important responsibilities include:

• Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
• Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries
• Meeting delivery deadlines
• Communicating with customers in a polite, sincere, and professional manner
• Loading and unloading cargo
• Tracking shipments and deliveries
• Obtaining customer signatures and payments when needed
• You are expected to  keep your trucks clean and maintain them in good working condition.
