Office: Customer Service / Data Entry

Education: High School Diploma/ GED -Preferred but not required.
Experience: Preferred but not required Knowledge of keyboard & computers, legible penmanship
        **We offer Day and Night crew shifts.

A Customer Service  employee's duty is to support customers. Their main responsibility  covers many duties,  but are not limited to the following:

• Interacting with customers in a  polite, sincere , and professional manner
• Answering incoming customer calls, Taking orders, and entering them into our system
• Answering customers questions 
• Directing Calls to other departments
• Calling drivers about  deliveries.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Staying up to date on product knowledge. 
• Following up with customers if needed
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Working with a team of employees and other departments to find appropriate solutions
