Ingardia has taken the following steps to be proactive in an effort to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and our customers with the recent news regarding the novel coronavirus:
Providing our employees with training materials on COVID-19 and the preventative measures.
Keeping thermometers around to detect signs of fever.
Providing face masks to employees as needed or requested.
Noticing and reporting and signs of fever to supervisors, management or Human Resources.
Employees who show signs of flu like symptoms or have a fever are being sent home or to a medical clinic for treatment if needed.
Providing additional hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes to employees.
Minimizing the allowed entrances of third-party personnel.
All of the repacking of our product is done in a clean and controlled HACCP food safe facility.
A always, all of our delivery trucks have truck boxes that are washed and sanitized regularly with food safe cleaning and sanitation products.
As new information becomes available and updates are given we will make the changes in our operating procedures as needed. While the circumstances and the situation continues to change we thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation.
