Fuentes Farms of McAllen, Texas is recalling 71 Boxes of Fresh Cucumbers, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

Product was distributed in Texas by local vendors at the Flea Markets in the McAllen and Alamo Areas.

*Ingardia Bros. Produce has not purchased or distributed the affected cucumbers.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced a recall of cucumbers grown by Bedner Growers, Inc., and distributed by Fresh Start Produce Sales, Inc., due to a multistate Salmonella outbreak that has sickened over 20 people.

Braga Fresh Foods has voluntarily recalled one lot of its 12-ounce bags of Marketside Broccoli Florets, according to a recall notice shared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Dec. 31.

Ingardia Bros has not purchased any Sunfed label cucumbers.

Rio Rico, AZ (Nov. 27, 2024) - SunFed Produce, LLC (SunFed) is recalling all sizes of whole fresh American cucumbers packaged in bulk cardboard containers labeled with the “SunFed” label or in a generic white box or black plastic crate with a sticker that provides the implicated grower’s name, “Agrotato, S.A. de C.V.,” (photos below). The recalled cucumbers were sold between October 12, 2024, thru November 26, 2024, and are being recalled because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
