Salad blends: Spring Mix, Sweet salad, baby mix kale, Tuscan tender leaves, arugula and baby spinach are also being impacted by high temperatures, rain and humidity. These items are also out of the Salinas Valley and fewer yields area available as we transition to the desert (CA/AZ). The demand exceeds the supply therefore driving the price up.
