Cara cara oranges are done for the season. California has finished its season and offshore product out of Australia is expected to arrive in August. Best substitution would be blood oranges.

Romaine and romaine hearts are active. Oxnard, Ca is done with their production, Santa Maria is in a production gap, therefore only leaving Salinas to cover the demand. Not enough production to full fill the void which is driving the price up.​
