Green bells are very active. There’s a production gap between growing regions in California and very minimal production out of Mexico. Expect prices to increase throughout the week.

​Pineapples are also active and up on price. Costa Rica’s production is low and the demand is high. Not enough production out of Mexico to full fill the void.
